Attorney Alan Zark of Bayonne, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Alan Zark with a law license in 1976.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide clients with itemized statements
  • Failed to comply with client’s requests for information
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds to clients
  • Failed to comply with terms of fee agreement

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Alan’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary admonishments’ and one (1) a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey

Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Alan practices at 473 Broadway in Bayonne, New Jersey.
