Attorney Queen Payton of Elizabeth, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Queen E. Payton with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Queen guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Queen’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Queen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Queen practices at 1533 St. Georges avenue in Rahway, New Jersey.
