Attorney John Park of Jersey City; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented John K. Park with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from graduated St. Johns University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain appropriate trust account records
  • Failed to deposit client’s funds into required trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Johnny practices at 499 Washington Blvd in Jersey City, New Jersey.
