Attorney Nathaniel Pitnof of Worcester, MA; unethical Dumbo

The state of Massachusetts presented Nathaniel D. Pitnof with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Nate guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to return client records to client as required
  2. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  3. Negligence led to client losing her lawful medical malpractice claims
  4. Failed to obtain expert medical opinions on client’s behalf
  5. Allowed statute of limitations to expire on client’s claims
  6. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  7. Concealed from client fact that statute of limitations had expired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Nate practices at 100 Grove Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Warning: Nate does not carry legal malpractice insurance
