Attorney Robert Guida of Wakefield, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Robert H. Guida with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to properly supervise non-attorney staff
• Failed to maintain adequate record of receipt and deposit of client funds
• Failed to promptly pay fund due to clients and third persons

The gross negligence and improper supervision of non-attorney staff by Bobby allowed members of his staff to misappropriate (steal) over $1.6 million in client funds.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Bobby practices with Guida Law Associates PC at 300 at 591 North Avenue in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
