Attorney Andrew Pasquina of Boston; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Andrew Pasquina with a law license in 1978.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Andy guilty of the following misconduct

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain adequate records of all client funds
• Failed to withdraw funds from firm account when required
• Negligently used client funds other client advances

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
