Attorney Henry Owens III of Falmouth, MA; lying loser

The state of

Massachusetts presented Henry F. Owens III with a law license in 1967  he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Hank guilty of the following misconduct

  1. Made a series of false statements to HUD
  2. Filed sham affidavit signed by client mischaracterizing funds in trust account
  3. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  4. Personally spent unearned fees (crook)
  5. Intentionally misled court as to status of escrow account
  6. Refused to refund any unearned fees to client
  7. Repeatedly provided false statements under oath to federal judge

Because Attorney Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Hank was never criminally charged with perjury and/or obstruction of justice.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Hank practices at

51 Gunning Point Avenue in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Warning: Hank does not carry legal malpractice insurance
