The state of Massachusetts presented William E. O’Keefe with a law license in 1983.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Billy guilty of the following misconduct

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Misrepresented status of law firm
  • Intentionally misused client funds for personal purposes on several occasions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Billy practices with Wynn & Wynn at 90 New State Highway in Raynham, Massachusetts.
