Attorney Kimuel Lee of Baton Rouge; cheating loser

The state of Louisiana provided Kimuel Wayne Lee with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Pepperdine University Law School.

The Louisiana State Bar found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  2. Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  4. Failed to timely remit funds to clients or third persons
  5. Illegally pocketed medical expenses that should have been paid to hospital
  6. Sole car on wife’s behalf even though he wasn’t licensed salesperson

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Kim practices in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area.
