Attorney Mark Walsh of San Diego; repeat offender

The state of California provided Mark D. Walsh with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego.

The California State Bar Court found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

Mark found it acceptable to repeatedly disobey court orders in seven collection lawsuits in which he represented the plaintiff creditors.

In 2002, Mark started a statewide debt-collection practice called Legal Recovery Law Offices, Inc. In 2011, Mark began missing numerous scheduled court hearings and conferences.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mark’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2014), Mark practices at 5030 Camino De La Siesta in San Diego, California.
