Attorney David Dunn of New York City; bully

The state of Oklahoma presented David Dunn with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Cornell University Law School. 

Dave is a partner in one of the world’s largest corporate law firms, Hogan Lovells LLP.

In early March 2014, attorney Bruce Richardson sued Dave for using his briefcase “as a weapon” to bash him as they left a Brooklyn courtroom conference room after an adverse ruling by a referee in a foreclosure hearing.

Richardson said he needed back surgery as a result of Dave’s attack wherein he was struck with a briefcase on his face and chest.

As one would suspect, Dave’s spokesman Robert Snoddy told the New York Daily News: “These allegations are absolutely without merit.” This absolute denial means that it shouldn’t be long before Dave offers Richardson a cash settlement
