Attorney Steven Pallat of Delray Beach, FL; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Steven Pallat with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Cornell University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Faield to effectively communicate with client
• Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests after being fired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Stevie practices at 5628 Via Delray in Delray Beach, Florida.
