Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Stevie. In the past, he has been the recipient of ten (10) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

During a recent (04/04/14) rant on the House floor, Stevie decided to attack proposed legislation that would allow undocumented immigrants to join the military, and if they met certain qualifications at a later date, gain legal status.

To assure all of his fellow bigots that he deserves his exalted status as one of America’s Premier Bigots, Stevie spewed forth the following garbage during an open session of the House.

• “This bill, this badly named ENLIST Act, would put out the advertisement that says, sneak into America, sneak into the military and that's going to be the most expeditious path to American citizenship and the whole smorgasbord of benefits that come from American citizenship.”
• “Citizenship must be precious, not handed out like candy in a parade.”
• “We don’t ride along and throw out citizenship like you do M&M's or Tootsie Rolls or whatever it is we're tossing out in our parades.”

Apparently, Stevie would have denied citizenship to the Japanese-Americans that fought in World War II while their relatives were interned in camps in North Dakota and New Mexico.

Stevie went on to say:

• “They [undocumented immigrants] take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. They may mean it, they may not mean it.”
• “But we know the very act of entering the military was a dishonest act on their part.”

Of course Chicken Little Stevie finds nothing hypocritical about his failure to serve his country during the Vietnam War. To be fair, maybe Stevie thought it would be a "dishonest act" if he served his country.

Congrats Stevie; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
