Attorney Timothy Moffitt of Naples, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Timothy England Moffitt with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with properly drawn contingent fee contract
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to file a timely notice of appeal on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2014) Timmy practices at 1570 Shadowlawn Drive in Naples, Florida.
