Attorney Juan Martinez of Miami; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided Juan Carolos Martinez with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Florida International University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Juan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Intentionally disobeyed rules of conduct
• Represented client in lawsuit against prior client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Juan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2014) Juan practices with Gray Robinson PA at 1221 Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida.
