Attorney Richard Colegrove Jr. of Sanford, FL; repeat offender

The state of Florida provided Richard A. Colegrove Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

Dick’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client request for information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license. 

Dick’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly failed to perform services on behalf of client (victim)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
