Attorney Mark Pratt of Birmingham; ethical misfit

The state of Alabama presented Mark David Pratt with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to reply to numerous client calls

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Mark practices at 1905 14^th Avenue in Birmingham, Alabama.
