Attorney John Norris of Birmingham; convicted drunk

The state of Alabama presented John Edward Norris with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny was criminally convicted of two (2) counts of assault and one (1) count of operating a boat while under the influence.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Johnny practices with Davis and Norris, LLP at 2154 Highland Avenue South in Birmingham, Alabama.
