Attorney David Hodges of Birmingham; ethical misfit

The state of Alabama presented David Elliott with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Duke University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to render full accounting of client’s funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Dave practices at 205 20th Street North in Birmingham, Alabama.
