Attorney David Allen Jr. of Vista, CA; ethical dwarf

The state of California provided David Estel Allen Jr. with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from California Western University Law School in San Diego.

The California State Bar Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to account for client funds
• Failed to cooperate with bar investigation (Up Yours, said Dave!)
• Failed to respond to client letters and emails
• Failed to provide accounting of fees to client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Dave continues to practice in the Vista, California area, which is located in the San Diego area.
