Attorney Andree Taylor of Hayward, CA; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Andree Desam Taylor with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School in San Francisco.

The California State Bar Court found Andree guilty of the following misconduct.

Andree found it acceptable to split attorney fees from his loan modification practice with a non-lawyer despite the fact that he knew it was improper to so act.

Andree paid the non-lawyer $1,000 for every case he worked on regardless of the hours he actually worked.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Andree by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Andree practices with Taylor Solano & Associates at 24301 Southland Drive in Hayward, California.
