Attorney Terrance Marren of Mesquite, NV; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented Paul William Freitag with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from California Western Law School.

The Nevada Judicial Commission found Terrance guilty of the following misconduct.

At the time of his misconduct, Terrance was employed as a District Court judge in Family Court in Clark County.

In the case of Lombardo v. Lombardo, it took Terrance almost one year before he rendered a decision after the case was submitted for decision to him.

In the case of Breitenfeldt v. Breitenfeldt, it took Terrance twenty (20) months before he rendered a decision after the case was submitted for decision to him.

In the case of Heyborne v. Heyborne, it took Terrance eighteen (18) months before he rendered a decision after the case was submitted for decision to him.

Nevada Court rules required Terrance to issue rulings within 90 days. Clearly, the unfortunate litigants that appeared in his so-called court were the true victims of his extreme laziness.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Terrance by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Terrance practices at 10 East Mesquite Blvd in Mesquite, Nevada.
