Attorney Karen Lundahl of Tacoma; lying loser 
The state of Washington presented Karen McCarty Lundahl with a law
license in 1978 after she graduated from the University of Puget Sound
Law School.
The Washington State Bar found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
- Failed to communicate with client
- Failed to preserve identity of client funds
- Failed to terminate representation when required
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
- Failed to protect client interests after being discharged
- Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
- Lied to client about work performed on client’s case
- Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Karen!)
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington
State Supreme Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of
her law license.
As we speak (January 2013), Karen practices with the Department of Assigned Counsel at
949 Market Street in Tacoma, Washington.
