Attorney David Corkrum of Pasco, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented David Wayne Corkrum with a law license in 1983 
after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School. 

The Washington State Bar Dave guilty of the following misconduct in accordance 
with a ruling from the Nevada Supreme Court. 

1. Failed to act with due diligence
2. Failed to communicate with client
3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
4. Failed to expedite client’s litigation
5. Failed to keep clients advised of status of legal matters
6. Client obtained $300,000 malpractice judgment against Dave

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. 
He previously received a complimentary reprimand and a separate censure for engaging
in a variety of misconduct. 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the 
Nevada State Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day 
suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (March 2014), Dave practices at 1016 North 4th Avenue in Pasco, Washington.
