Attorney Charles Berry III of Seattle; repeat offender
The state of Washington presented Charles Nelson Berry III with a law license
in 1979.
The Washington State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  2. Engaged in unfair conduct towards opposing party and counsel
  3. Disobeyed a court order
  4. Improperly referred to judge’s rulings as “disgusting” and “shameful”
  5. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct during a jury trial
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He previously
received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the
Washington State Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (March 2014), Charlie practices with Berry & Beckett PLLP at 1708 Bellevue
Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
