Attorney Jeffrey Michael of Billings; cowardly bully

The state of Montana presented Jeffrey G. Michael with a law license in 1992. 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Erik guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeff threatened attorney Liz Honaker with bodily harm. Jeff left Liz a voice message stating, “I’m going to wipe you out.”

Some of Jeff’s former clients accused him overbilling them. In several cases, Jeff allegedly threatened some of his former clients.

It appears that Jeff is a really tough guy when it comes to threatening female members of the bar in the Billings area.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Erik by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
