Attorney Kenneth Levine of Brookline, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Kenneth M. Levine with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from The New England Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenny was prohibited from practicing law in Vermont for three years for filing a false affidavit with his application to appear pro hac vice (for one occasion)  in a Vermont court.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Massachusetts Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary public reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Kenny practices with Kenneth M. Levine & Associates at 370 Washington Street, in Brookline, Massachusetts.
