Attorney Charles Perrault of Methuen, MA; repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire presented Charles F. Perrault with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged a clearly excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to properly supervise associate attorney

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the enablers for attorney misconduct sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.
