The state of New Hampshire presented Richard N. Foley with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

 

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to communicate with clients
  2. Failed to provide client with status of legal matter
  3. Failed to maintain client retainer fee account
  4. Failed to promptly inform client of receipt of funds belonging to client
  5. Failed to explain to client basis for flat fee
  6. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  7. Failed to maintain required records of client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Dick practices at 55 Market Street in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
