Attorney K. William Clauson of Hanover, NH; repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire presented Kathleen Timothy J.A. Barrett with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found K. William guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in a conflict of interest

Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or assisted another in doing so

As one would suspect, this wasn’t K. William’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct, some of which he repeated herein.

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished K. William by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), K. William practices with Clauson & Atwood at 10 Buck Road in Hanover, New Hampshire.
