Attorney Robert Clarke of Phoenix; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Robert G. Clark with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  1. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  2. Wrote several checks on account with insufficient funds (rubber)
  3. Improperly used trust account funds to pay office expenses
  4. Used funds of one client to pay expenses for another client
  5. Made at least 10 improper withdrawals from trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Bobby practices with the Clarke Law Offices at 3001 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
