The state of New York presented Visuvanathan Rudrakumaran with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

- Intentionally failed to seek the lawful objectives of his clients (victims)
- Failed to comply with established court rules
As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Disciplinary Commission punished Visuvanathan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
