Attorney Dana Grillo of Camillus, NY; convict

The state of New Jersey presented Dana Grillo with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the Eighth Judicial District found Dana guilty of the following misconduct.

Dana pleaded guilty in Sennett Town Court of offering a false instrument for filing in the second degree.

Dana was subsequently sentenced in Town Court to a six-month conditional dishcarge and was odered to pay a fine of $250.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dana by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Dana practices at 5100 West Genesee Street in Camillus, New York.
