Attorney Anthony Cianfrani of Philadelphia; serial thief 
The state of Pennsylvania presented Anthony L. Cianfrani with a law license in 1986.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.
- Commingled client funds with personal funds
- Knowingly and intentional misappropriated (stole) client funds
- Failed to maintain required trust account records
- Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
- Failed to maintain client funds in separate accounts
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
- Failed to promptly notify clients of receipt of client funds
- Committed a criminal act
- Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. March 2014) Tony practices with Cianfrani Law, LLC at 32 North Front Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
