Attorney Donald Litman of Lansdale, PA; ethical misfit

The state of Pennsylvania provided Donald Saunders Litman with a law license in 1989.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Knowingly offered evidence he knew to be false
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Don by gifting him a stayed complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Don practices with the Litman Law Office in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
