Attorney Jonathan Levin of Philadelphia; serial thief

 

The state of Pennsylvania provided Jonathan M. Levin with a law license in 1983.

 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Jonathan guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  2. Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds owing to client
  3. Misappropriated (stole) client funds
  4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  5. Converted client trust funds to personal use

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jonathan by gifting him with a complimentary 10-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Jonathan practices at 1818 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
