Attorney Russell D’Aiello Jr. of Wrightsville, PA; convicted fraudster

The state of Pennsylvania provided Russell F. D’Aiello Jr. with a law license in 1976.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Russ submitted a fraudulent loan application to a federal credit union to obtain $20,000 second mortgage to purchase some new computer equipment for some new offices.

Subsequently, Russ obtained several other loans from the credit union based on the same fraudulent loan application.

After his conviction for fraud, Russ was sentenced to 30-days in prison in the Cumberland County Prison and was placed on two-years of supervised release. He was also fined $7,500.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Russ by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Russ practices at 218 Locust Street in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania.
