Attorney Charles M. McKeon of Kansas City, MO; convict

The state of Missouri presented Charles M. McKeon with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Chuck guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Chuck pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use. He further pled guilty to one count of driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI) and one count of leaving the scene of a property damage vehicular accident.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Chuck by gifting him with a complimentary stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Chuck.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Chuck practices with Bortnick, Komoroski, McKeon & Sakoulas, PC at 1222 McGee Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
