The state of Missouri presented James Michael Roswold with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
2. Failed to act with due diligence
3. Failed to communicate with client
4. Failed to provide client with required written fee agreement
5. Failed to properly supervise attorney staff
6. Violated or attempted to violated disciplinary rules or assisted another to do so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6 -month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jimmy.
