The state of Missouri presented Robert Dean McGee with a law license in 1987.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to deposit fees paid by client into trust account
2. Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds owed to client
3. Failed to maintain required interest bearing accounts for clients
4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
5. Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.
