Attorney Michael Peetz of Chesterfield, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Michael Anthony Peetz with a law license in 1989.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds owed to client
• Failed to deposit fees paid by client into trust account
• Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Mike!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Mike practices at 10 Wild Horse Way in Chesterfield, Missouri.
