Attorney Claud Ingram Jr. of Eugene, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Claud A. Ingram Jr. with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Claud guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to abide by client decisions re: representation
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Claud’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand and one (1) complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Claud by gifting him with a second complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Claud practices at 3358 Cape Hatteras Drive in Eugene, Oregon.
