Attorney Kevin Kinney of Newberg, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided Kevin J. Kinney with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Charged or collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee
  2. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  3. Improperly allowed name to be used by firm she wasn’t associated with
  4. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Kevin practices with Kinney & Associates PC at 2913 Portland Road in Newberg, Oregon.
