Attorney Steven Gerttula of Astoria, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Steven D. Gerttula with a law license in 1977.

The Oregon State Bar found Steve guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a glaring conflict of interest
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Steve’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Steve by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Steve practices at 416 Bond Street in Astoria, Oregon.
