Attorney David Ambrose of Portland, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided David Ray Ambrose with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Improperly entered into a business transaction with a client
• Committed multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Dave practices with the Ambrose Law Group LLC at 312 NW 10^th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
