Attorney Milo Petranovich of Portland, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided Milo Petranovich with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Milo guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
  2. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  3. Failed to inform client that court dismissed his lawsuit
  4. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  5. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Milo!)
  6. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  7. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  8. Victims of misconduct were vulnerable

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Milo by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Milo practices at 601 SW 2nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
