Attorney Susan Gwinn of Athens, OH; convict

The state of Kentucky presented Susan Louise Gwinn with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Susan guilty of the following misconduct.

Susan was criminally convicted of violating Ohio elections laws by failing to disclose that certain contributions to her unsuccessful campaign for Athens County Prosecutor were made from loans from her brother and a friend.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Susan by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February), Susan practices at 86 Columbus Circle in Athens, Ohio.
