Attorney Michael Daub of St. Louis, MN; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Michael H. Daub with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to timely file state and federal individual income tax returns
2. Failed to communicate with six (6) clients
3. Failed to act with due diligence
4. Incompetence led to a a client’s case not being filed because statute of limitations tolled

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Mike practices at 1660 Highway 100 South in St. Louis, Minnesota.
