Attorney Lawrence Zdarsky of Woodridge, IL; repeat offender

The state of Illinois presented Lawrence G. Zdarsky with a law license in 1981. He also obtained a law license from Iowa in 1977.

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Larry failed to communicate with a bankruptcy client (victim). After the client failed an ethics grievance against him, Larry initially failed to cooperate with the ethics investigators. In short, Larry said “Up Yours!.”

Norm found it acceptable to engage in a check kiting scheme in order to pay personal and business expenses.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Larry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Larry practices at 2632 Bern Court in Woodridge, Illinois.

Warning: Larry does not carry legal malpractice insurance
