Attorney Ronald Gilbert of Waukegan, IL; ethical misfit

The state of Illinois presented Jarrett Ward Gable with a law license in 1977. He also obtained a law license from Iowa in 1977.

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

Ronnie saw fit to neglect his duties as a guardian for a disabled person’s estate. He also improperly advanced personal funds to the estate to cover the resulting expenses.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Ronnie practices at 1321 Grand Avenue in Waukegan, Illinois.

Warning: Ronnie does not carry legal malpractice insurance
